Great Service
I had ordered a Maxsa solar light (model 40330) a few months back to illuminate my American flag at night. I was having issues getting the light to endure the night. In all honesty, I believe it was a combination of not understanding the settings correctly combined with the fact the solar panel didn't get full sunlight all day to charge the batteries. I was contacted by Skip West via e-mail about the problem and he offered great solutions. To make a long story short, as we were going back and forth about the problem, Maxsa's ordering/shipping arm sent me a replacement light to install on my flagpole...I send my many thanks to Maxsa and Skip West for going "above and beyond" to ensure that I had a light that works and "Old Glory" stays lit for the night in years to come! Great customer service experience...thank you again

Community endorses light system for new Entrance Sign
It has been numerous years since a new sign was built for our main entrance. Due to the inability to have wired lighting we asked First Coast Contractors of St. Augustine to supply suitable solar-powered lighting. It was their choice to use the SKU 40330 and with our approval supplied 8 (4 for each side). However, the number of the entrance was situated on the end of the sign and was not covered by the first 8. An additional one was purchased and added. When set at 10 hours we found that the lights remained on past that length of time. As per the heading, the residents have enjoyed the end result. The only thing that was necessary for us to do was blank off the photocells as passing cars would cause the lights to flash on and off.
