Our Story

Skip West started MAXSA Innovations out of the basement of his family home in 2003 with the mission of making products that make people’s lives safer and easier. While MAXSA has since greatly expanded, much has stayed the same. The company is still family-owned and run by Skip and his wife, Beth. MAXSA remains dedicated to providing personalized customer support and the company is still based out of Fairfax Station, Virginia.  

Named Small Business Executive of the Year in 2016, Skip is a passionate believer in providing personalized customer support, catering to customers’ individual needs, and creating innovative products that solve everyday problems. 

MAXSA Innovations is dedicated to meeting all your automotive and outdoor lighting needs with unique products that are dependable, easy to install, and easy to use. 

In addition to having great products, we strive to have a positive social and environmental impact by using recycled boxes and donating a portion of our profits from certain products to Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE) an organization that aims to improve the lives of people dealing with various hereditary cancers.
