We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please also note that we have a flat rate shipping rate per order of $9.85. We will choose the best option between UPS, FED EX, and USPS to ship your package to you. If you choose to have your order shipped to a PO Box, USPS will be used. Expedited shipping options are not available for orders which qualify for free shipping. All tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
At MAXSA Innovations, we strive to create quality products and we want your 100% satisfaction. If a product is defective (which is very unusual) we will make it right.
You may submit a return request for all new, unused items or all defective items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, however we do not cover return shipping.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. One of our representatives will contact you shortly after you submit a return request to continue the process. We will also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
- Products must be unused or defective to be returned. There is a 15% restocking fee for products that do not meet these conditions
- Processing your return will take from 1-2 weeks, though we usually have a quick turnaround time once we receive the product
- Refunds are for the cost of the product only. Shipping and handling costs of $9.85 would be deducted from price.
- Returns for orders with bulk discounts: If you are returning some, but not all of the items where you received a bulk discount such that you are left with a quantity you would not have received a bulk discount, you will be refunded an amount such that you will have paid full price for the items you have decided to keep.
Please use the original shipping box or a sturdy substitute to ship products back to MAXSA Innovations. Please write your original order number on the top of the shipping box.

Returns and Warranty Policy
MAXSA Innovations, LLC warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that this product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and circumstances for the period mentioned per product on each product page from the date of original purchase for use. When the original consumer/purchaser returns the product pre-paid (consumer covers shipping) to MAXSA Innovations, LLC, 8412 Cathedral Forest Dr; Fairfax Station, VA 22039; USA within the warranty period, and if the product is defective, MAXSA Innovations, LLC will at its option repair or replace such. This warranty shall constitute the sole liability of MAXSA Innovations, LLC concerning the product. MAXSA Innovations, LLC expressly disclaims all other warranties INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO PERSON, FIRM, OR COPORATION IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR MAXSA Innovations, LLC ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE AND USE OF THE PRODUCT. MAXSA Innovations, LLC and agents and distributors will bear no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages or charges of any kind. Some states do not allow the reclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above disclaimer regarding incidental or consequential damages may not apply to you. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged or tampered with or if the product or any such parts have been opened. In all cases of damage during shipment, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and not with MAXSA Innovations, LLC. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
We strive to turn around all returns within two (2) weeks of receipt. Please remember there is also the time it takes to ship the product back to you.
